Airsofting is the term related to playing with others in different settings with the use of cheap airsoft guns. Most people who have gone Airsofting usually find it very exciting and exhilarating. It has a lot of qualities, but you soon learn basic military tactics after playing with more experienced players. So, you already know you like it, but now you want your own cheap airsoft gun but do not want to pay too much. That is always understandable. First you need know what you want. Find a gun for the setting you find the most enjoyable. While a shotgun type may look really cool, if you only enjoy a sniping role, then you probably should go with something else that would fit that role. Second, try not to get caught up in what looks cool. I have seen it before; this kid went out, bought a brand new gun without doing any research, and was somewhat disappointed with the performance. Looking cool, doesn’t always mean it is going to play well for you. Third, don’t rely too much on a pistol. The pistol is meant to be a backup to your main weapon. Most people that receive the pistol in a package deal end up never utilizing it anyway. They find that they are cheap, inaccurate, and just a pain to carry around while playing. Do not get caught up in the little package deal that they can offer you, find a gun that suites what you want it to be able to do and not how many bb’s it comes with. Lastly, try to stick with name brands. I know that this isn’t the case in a lot of things that you buy, including clothes and shoes. However, when it comes to cheap airsoft guns you have to be diligent about going with a company that knows what they are doing. There are a couple I would recommend, TM (Tokyo Maurai) or Crossman. Both seem to make good Airsofting weapons.
